Our Seneca Quilt Rack with Bottom shelf #4036 was made and designed in the USA by J&J Wire Inc.  Constructed of wrought iron and powder-coated black.  Comes in two pieces that slide together easily.  Can hold three quilts, blankets or sets of towels.    Quilts are not included.  Dimensions are 37"H x 15"W x 21"L.
